The platform operates in accordance with international AML and KYC standards. The service is licensed under The Comoros jurisdiction (MISA, license T2022086). No claim is made of regulation by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or other national regulators outside the stated licensing jurisdiction.
Indian users may access the services as offshore trading is not explicitly prohibited under Indian law. Users in India assume full responsibility for compliance with local regulations and tax obligations.
8. Monitoring and Reporting
Account activity is continuously monitored for unusual patterns. Transactions that trigger compliance alerts are subject to review. The company reserves the right to:
- Request additional documentation at any time
- Freeze accounts pending investigation
- Refuse service to any individual
- Report suspicious activity to authorities
Clients must cooperate with all compliance requests. Failure to provide requested information within specified timeframes may result in account restrictions.
